| Although I have been at school 10 weeks already, I haven’t started
to get homesick until now. I guess when something gets cut out of ones life; they
are left with no one to turn to but God. Everything can seem so distant when
the home is taken away. Why does truth seem to become known only when it hits
you in the face, leaving a painful mark of reality? It seems to be by this scar
that we are made clean and usable once again. Yes, I am home sick for now, but
nothing I could ask for would be better than the wisdom and character I will
gain. One question I must ask is: where is my home, and on what is it built?
I am a deaf mute with a heart - home is where the heart is...
I feel these next few weeks may show more of who I am than I
have ever seen…
Don’t read into this… it probably only makes sense to a few
people-- I hope.

| BYE!
Kind of a bitter sweet way to end a summer...

| Off to pine ridge tomorrow...
Psalm 8:3-4 When I consider Your heavens, the work of Your fingers, The moon and the stars, which You have ordained, What is man that You are mindful of him, And the son of man that You visit him?
Proverbs 21:3 To do righteousness and justice Is more acceptable to the LORD than sacrifice.
